Police say Agudelo was on her way home to Queens, riding her e-bike onto Randall’s Island, when she was attacked. According to her family, the assailants stole her e-bike and took her jacket. The NYPD reports that Agudelo sustained multiple blows to her head and face. She lay there for nearly six hours before being discovered around 5 a.m. on Sunday. She has remained in a coma since.
